Before we leave, we make sure to make note of low supplies so that the next guest always has enough amenities.

Our team is trained to make observations before, during, and after our cleans. Once the clean is finished our team submits a post-cleaning inspection report to our operations team that will notify us if a light bulb is out, of a leak under the sink or if your electronic lock battery is running low

If an observation is made, we send you the report for your records.
